Terms of Service for Groove Life® Innovative Belts, Silicone Rings, and More

Agreement to Terms

By placing an order or using the Groove Life® website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms govern your access to our online store and your purchase of products such as DM-01™, DM-02™, PDS-08®, and BELTS. Please review them carefully as they define your rights and obligations.

Order Processing and Shipping

All orders undergo verification and require acceptance before processing. Groove Life® reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders due to:

Inventory shortages
Payment verification issues
Pricing errors
Suspected fraudulent activity

Once accepted, please allow 2-4 business days for order processing. Shipping usually takes 7-15 business days after processing is complete. Shipping costs are calculated and shown during checkout.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return a product, submit your request within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, products must be returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting Groove Life® customer service at phoebeemilio4454@outlook.com. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already undergone processing or shipment.
