Returns Eligibility and Timeframe

At Groove Life® Innovative Belts, Silicone Rings, and More, you have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return if your purchase does not meet your expectations.

To be eligible for a return, all items must meet these criteria:

Unused and maintained in their original condition, including all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
Free from any signs of misuse, damage, or alteration.
In a condition suitable for resale.

Returns that do not comply with these conditions may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following products cannot be returned:

Customized or personalized items.
Gift cards and downloadable products.
Final sale or clearance items.
Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them promptly. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Refund processing may take 5-7 business days depending on your payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please retain all original packaging and contact us immediately for evaluation and resolution.

Return Shipping Responsibilities

You are responsible for return shipping costs except in cases where the return is due to:

A defective product
Damage occurring during shipping
An error made by Groove Life®

Order Processing, Shipping, and Cancellation

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping typically takes between 5-10 business days. Shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout.
